Former hairstylist. Nervous system nurturer. Ritualist.
For 20 years, I worked behind the chair as a hairstylist—cutting, colouring, creating.
It was beautiful work. But the industry pace? The noise? The chemicals?
It wore me down.
I knew I needed something different.
Something slower. More intentional.
Something that honored the body—not just the hair.
That’s when Sage & Stone was born.
Sage & Stone is everything I craved but couldn’t find in traditional salon spaces.
It’s a chemical-free, calming environment where beauty is redefined—where we care for the scalp, the nervous system, and the spirit, all at once.
My head spa rituals are rooted in both science and ceremony:
